Sharon Shinwell DIP Couns DIP HP (NC) NRHP, who has competed, bred and owned horses for over 25 years, is a qualified Hypno-Psychotherapist and Councellor. She has combined her knowledge of the human psyche, especially that of the rider, with her knowledgeand experience of Hypnotherapy to produce a range of Self-Hypnosis CD's, known as the Confident Rider Series. The CD's are aimed at all riders, from those that like to stroll along the roadside on a quiet hack, to those that are competing as a profession. There are 4 CD's in the Confident Rider Series: Jumping with Confidence, Cross Country With Confidence, Hacking With Confidence, Dressage With Confidence. Each CD has a generic induction and ending, with a visualisation section of each of each of the above disciplines.
